- Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment.
- In a large bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt. Add chives and combine.
- In a separate bowl, combine dressing and milk. Add to flour mixture and stir until dough comes together.
- Turn dough out on a floured surface and pat down to ½” thick. Flour a 2-3” biscuit or round cutter and cut out biscuits. Press scraps back together and cut out more biscuits. Place on baking sheet and bake until lightly golden brown, about 12-14 minutes. Serve warm.
